Knolls Court is a  privately owned family waterfront motel resort located on the bay in the heart of historic Matlacha, Florida. Accessible by car or by boat with FREE BOAT DOCKAGE available.

Fish off the dock, take one of our kayaks or the paddleboat out for a ride or just sit back and enjoy the spectacular views of Matlacha Pass.

Each of our efficiencies is fully furnished and equipped with a full kitchen, cable TV, internet access and AC. Occupancy is from 3 to 6 persons depending on the unit.

Centrally located, we are just a short walk to restaurants, entertainment, art galleries, specialty shops and more.
